1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GetRhodes application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App. GetRhodes is operated by Incomatic.gr ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
GetRhodes is a travel planning application for the island of Rhodes, Greece. The App provides AI-generated itineraries, curated place listings, bus schedules, weather information, and augmented reality features. The service is available via web browser and as a mobile application on iOS and Android.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the App without our written permission.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful content, viruses, or malicious code.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience.
5. AI-Generated Content
GetRhodes uses artificial intelligence to generate trip itineraries and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated itineraries are suggestions only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for travel decisions.
- Opening hours, availability, road conditions, and other real-world factors may differ from what the App suggests.
- You are responsible for verifying critical information (safety conditions, accessibility, reservations) before acting on any recommendation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks within GetRhodes are the property of Incomatic.gr or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. User-submitted content (such as reviews or photos, if applicable) remains the property of the user, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.
7. Third-Party Services & Links
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (Google Maps, weather providers, transport operators, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
8. Availability & Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incomatic.gr and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated itineraries, travel disruptions, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Incomatic.gr, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the App.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of GetRhodes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rhodes, Dodecanese, Greece.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
